About Julian Heppt

Julian Heppt is an International Life and Business Coach, Author and Facilitator located in Lake Constance, Germany.

Through his own journey and years of depression, anxiety and panic attacks, he found his calling. To help others to discover their true potential, experience fulfilling relationships and to live a life that leaves a mark.In 2016 he started his international work, guiding people all over the world through challenging relationship dynamics. His experience earned him the recognition as the „Top Expert on relationships“ by the famous German „Erfolg“ magazine and a few years later his first book was in stores.In 2020 he took some time off to find new inspiration. An old chapter needed to die in order for the new one to be born. He started to work with leaders and helped them to revaluate their purpose, reach their full potential and live a balanced life. You can describe it as a transition from an ego driven to a purpose driven life.His plans for 2025 include to be a Co-founder of an online plattform for purpose driven leaders and entrepreneurs.Because our world is changing and the new way of success is…together.

The thing that makes me stand up at 5 am is that it really annoys me that we are still living in a world that's lacking connection, togetherness and also love for each other. Let's change that asap ;) 

There are two ways to work with us. We just launched the English version of our highly effective "Bold leaders with Big Hearts" Masterclass which is a 8 week Online Training.
Additionally we offer Business Consulting& Mentoring for business owners and entrepreneurs. We see businesses as a switch watch with many gearwheels ideally gliding perfectly into each other. In our mentoring we start which the biggest and most important gearwheel of them all, which is the business owner. After that we look at the other gearwheels. Often it's the nuances that make the difference between success and failure. For example if you change one simple word in the headline of a marketing campaign, the difference in profit can be huge.
